By commissioning me you agree to abide by the rules stated in hereTOS MAY BE SUBJECTED TO CHANGE. THE COMMISSIONER MUST READ TOS BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME
The Artist’s Rights:I reserve the right to post any photo I draw that seems fit for my gallery. Only commissions that would be exempt from this rule are those requested upon to keep private by the commissioner.I reserve the right to refuse any commission that I am either uncomfortable with or is out of my skill level.I reserve the right to refuse service/terminate a commission if said person was displaying rude/awful behavior to the artist.


ArtThe Commissioner’s Rights:You may post or share any image you have commissioned from the artist as long as you give credit to that said artistYou may not use the commissioned art for profit or business use, you may only use it for personal use (Icons, backgrounds, wall art, etc.) If you want to use said art piece for business cards/ banners there is a "right to use" fee.You may not alter or delete the watermark in the image, nor may you make major alterations to the commissioned piece without confronting me first. Minor alterations such as claw color/eye color may be done without my permission.


Payment:Commissioned piece will not be started until the commissioner has paid in full. No if ands or buts!There will be a 24-hour time limit on payment after requested commission from the artist. This will go especially for auctions I post.I accept paypal in USD ONLY! No E-checks, No money orders, NO EXCEPTIONSAll payments are final after the artist begins the commission. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THEN
Time taken:
I must note that I also work a full time job as well as art/fursuits and by commissioning me you agree not to rush me in any way and to have patience on said commission as I am a busy person. I will, however, charge a rush fee of $25 if the commissioner does not want to wait at the end of the line for his piece and would want his piece finished sooner.


NSFW Commissions:YOU MUST BE 18+ TO COMMISSION ME FOR ANY FORM OF NSFW ARTWORKI do charge an extra fee for NSFW commissions, I will ask to see a photocopy of any legal form of ID that displays your age. Failure to do so will result in the cancelation of the commission and possible blacklist. This is a protection for both commissioners and artists.


Chibi Commissions:Chibi commissions are to remain SFW due to the proportions in my style being somewhat close to an underage character. I will ask that any NSFW commission be for a full body character so that the proportions make the character an obvious adult.

FursuitsPayments:
The client will have to pay 15% of the total quote upfront in order for me to buy the necessary materials and start working.In the case of single part commissions such as: handpaws, feetpaws or tails; the client will have to pay upfront in full before work starts.Payment can ONLY be made using PayPal in USD!!The buyer must be 18 years old to commission us, or 16 years old and must have explicit authorization from their mother, father, and/or legal guardian who will contact us and be in charge of the payments.Payment Plans:
For big commissions over $800 USD I will provide a payment plan that can accommodate customer lifestyle.Customer must pay a 15% non-refundable down payment. Once is paid a monthly date is agreed. Payment plans may begin.I understand that things may happen and you would not be able to pay a certain month. In that case please let us know upfront and we will see how I can accommodate you.Payment plans can't be longer than six months. Skipping payments without reaching out will result in a fee of 10% for each month skipped that must be paid before work is start back up.Once 50% of the total amount is meet I will start working on your commission and once it's finished the customer will need to pay the shipping costs.The minimum amount for payment plans will be $250 USD monthly.Shipping:
Commissioners must pay for shipping. We are not responsible for the package once it has been sent.The buyer is responsible for shipping, its costs, and any additional costs applied by the destination country's customs.If the buyer does not pay the final payment, shipping costs, and/or provide shipping information in the next 3 (three) months after finishing the commission it will become property of One Token where changes will be made to the design and sold.Changes in the Design:
Major changes to the design that are different from the initial discussion of the fursuit design may incur an additional charge that will be discussed.Cancellations:
Cancellations will be honored, but the 15% down payment is NOT refundable. If parts of the suit have already been completed then the refund will reflect work completed.Measurements:
A DTD (Duct tape dummy) is mandatory if its a fullsuit (full body costume) commission.Building Time:
Building time (that is, the time it takes for the suit to be built) depends on the commission type. This can be anywhere between 4 (four) weeks to 2 (two) or 6 (six) months depending on the character's complexity and position in the waiting list.Warranty:
Fursuit parts will have a 1 year warrenty, the customer will still be required to pay for round-trip shipping.In case of any inconvenience, please get in touch with me quickly to agree on shipping so I can inspect it.If the flaw was on my end, fixing the issue won't carry any extra cost.If the problem’s due to improper use (depending on the sort of damage), and it is still under warranty, no charge will be required. If the warranty has expired, a charge of $50 per hour of work will be charged.The buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.The costume MUST be washed before it is shipped. If the costume is not washed and free of odors, a charge for washing will be added.
